This was my first time visiting Concept Day Spa, and I had the best service I have ever received at a salon!!! A friend told me about this salon, and the positive experience she had there. I received special attention from the time I walk in until the time I walked out. I would RECOMMEND Concept salon to anyone. Oksana has been cutting my hair for a while now and I've never looked better. She's great, easy to talk to and always listens to me. Everyone else there seems really friendly too.

I had visited the Concept Salon for the first time in May and had the hairstylist was Oksana . She was great and made me feel so welcome. She had suggested many different ideas to me about how to wear my hair and suggested a different color would enhance my facial features .I felt good about the color choice that Oksana made and the cut was great!!!! Thanks to Oksana and Concept Salon for the outstanding service!

I was recommended to Oksana for color . She really did an incredible job!!! She even asked how often I wanted to have my color done, no one has ever given me that choice! We decided on an auburn brown base color with toffee color highlights. It looked fabullos! It really compliments my skin tone. I couldn't be happier with my new look. When I went on vacation and went to the Salon, the stylist had commented that my hair color the best that she had seen.I look forward to my next appointment!

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but in this case I just had to because the experience was simply exceptional. I had my first visit to the Concept Day Spa this past weekend and found the quality of service and atmosphere absolutely perfect. The people are curtious, friendly, and go above and beyond for you. I'm recommending Galina to all my friends.She does a great job! She is awesome!!! She's super friendly, her working area is very clean. The prices are very reasonable.
Pros: So happy with my service. Will be going back.

I visited this spa/salon because it is across the street from where I recently moved to. I have had the best experiences there that I am definitely making this my place! Galina gives fabullous facials. She gives your skin her full attention and recommends treatments that would benefit your skin. The facial room was seperate and enclosed and prepared with music, an apple cider smell and soft lighting. The bed was heated, sheets soft and I was given a freshly washed wrap wound towel with snaps to change into. This place is great. I will definetly be returning.

I highly recommend Oksana for the color and style. I went to see her and walked in with damaged hair from overprocessing and a perm. Oksana took the time to talk to me about what I wanted, she made suggestions, and honestly, I wish I would have done a before and after picture. I received so many comments about how healthy my hair finally looked and how the cut was "awesome" for me...I went in for a color this past week and the color gave me the bright summer look I wanted.. Fabulous ...

I was nervous to go to a different hairstylist. I chose Concept Salon because it got such great reviews online. I have to say, I received the best haircut and color I've ever had! I highly recommend Kosmos!!!!He is very talented. I didn't think my hair could look this good. The real test was when I washed and styled my hair at home. Sometimes a haircut is never the same when you try to re-do what the stylist did. My hair is perfect!!!!!! Everyone was so nice and professional. The prices are reasonable too. Thank you so much !!!!

Erik is an amazing and talented artist. No matter how your hair looks before you visit him, it will look fabulous after your visit. Color is natural and perfect. His styling of hair is simply amazing. This guy has a magic touch with hair. Erik can give you a haircut or style as simple as you want or as complex as you want.There is such high energy there, I would never consider going to another salon!!!

Went to this Cute salon because it was in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my first visit was complimentary so that I could see what it was like and determine how my skin would react. I learned that it wasn't as painful as I thought and also that it was about the same cost as waxing. My skin had No Reaction at all! And the fact that it is a permanent hair loss method is even a bigger benefit. The staff is knowledgable, safe and very informative. I always feel that they are taking wonderful care of me. I love this new salon!!!!
